The CSA Construction Manager is responsible for the organization and direction of Civil/Structural/Architectural construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility on a project, which may be a single area, multi\-area or a multi\-discipline construction project\.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Overall responsibility for Safety, Health & Environment in assigned area of responsibility\. Champions health, safety and zero accident culture and makes this visible and mandatory throughout the area team\. Is pro\-active with contractors to promote safe and hazardous free work;
+ Overall responsibility for managing all personnel and construction activities within the assigned area at site, in compliance with the Site Procedures
+ Determines manpower requirements, coordinates established area operational plans, schedules and coordinates work to be performed;
+ Participates in the overall supervision, coordination and direction of construction contractors activities within the designated area with the other discipline supervisors / coordinators and safety coordinator;
+ Ensures that all construction activities within the designated area are well planned, coordinated, prioritized, and make best use of the available resources;
+ Ensures that all work packages are undertaken safely, executed to the prescribed quality standard and in compliance with design/specifications, and to the required schedule and cost requirements;
+ Conducts the jobsite coordination meetings, attends the weekly progress meetings with the contractors, and provides guidance, assistance and advice to the contractors on all construction matters;
+ Checks directly, or indirectly through the discipline supervisors/coordinators, the work carried out, trades and resources, workmanship and materials;
+ Reviews potential cost and schedule trends, including scope of work variations, and provides recommendations to the Construction Manager;
+ Works closely with Field Engineering and site scheduling/planning to ensure work complies with and meets prescribed quality standards, and monitor progress and performance against contract schedule;
+ Works closely with Project Controls for reporting and trend status, ensuring weekly and monthly report input is provided in a timely manner and the input is factual and complete;
+ Leads and directs the area team on completion and handover requirements, punch\-list generation/completion, and as\-built drawings;
+ Works closely with members construction team, materials team, project controls, and contracts departments\.
+ Has direct communication with engineers and equipment vendors and sub vendors\.
+ Verifies contractors meet and/or exceed the quality requirements specified in the contract documents\.
+ 8 ? 10 years experience \(min\) in construction
+ Required experience in clean process \(GMP\) construction \( bio/pharma\)
+ Knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural work
+ Working knowledge/experience with installing Electrical Substations, Electrical Duct Banks, Brownfield infastructure and retrofit projects
+ Knowledge of all phases of a multi\-discipline construction operation relating to field activities of all Civil engineering disciplines, all construction technologies, jobsite management and supervisory functions;
+ Strong leadership skills, the ability to lead a team and fit into a team environment;
+ Working knowledge of MS office suite; effective report writing skills, planning and organizational skills\.
+ Well developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge described above

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
